You might think family portraits outside in June and immediately balk, but this was THE best experience all around! This sweet momma wanted a classic studio portrait for her coming 2 year old before he lost his squishy babyness, so we started inside with just a few minutes of classic portraits, then headed outside for about 20 minutes of family and individual portraits. Boom, entire session, with a 2 year old, in summertime heat, complete in less than 45 minutes!
I just LOVED working with this beautiful family and capturing this fleeting season of being a family of three before baby brother’s arrival this fall. They’ll always have these beautiful, timeless portraits to return to as well as a priceless framed keepsake ready to go on their wall, and that we can easily recreate to match for baby brother in a few years. Such a treasure, I love this job!
