I’ve been waiting for Kiernan and Shaun’s wedding for what feels like forever. We first met last November for their engagement session around Daniel Island and I left just so grateful to be working with them. We had the BEST time…they are fun, easy, kind people and they LOVE their pup Porter! So naturally knowing they had great personalities, style, and were so easy to be around I couldn’t wait for their wedding at the Governor Thomas Bennett House. But then Hurricane Irma happened and Kiernan and Shaun decided to postpone their September 9th wedding to December. It was up in the air if I would be able to photograph it since our first baby was due just a month before their new wedding date, but since he came two weeks early, the stars aligned and I could not have been more happy to be the one there documenting the final chapter of their engagement for them.
Megan with Mingle and Ann at The Purple Magnolia made all of Kiernan’s beautiful winter wedding dreams come true while also still keeping a lot of their original plans from September. It was an amazing day…great people, pretty weather, a gorgeous setting, good music, and great food & drink! I know Kiernan and Shaun were so happy the way everything worked out and I am so glad they got the dream wedding they had spent all that time planning. Enjoy a few of my favorite images!
