Alex and I go way back to the early wedding photography days (I even second shot for her wedding years ago, photographed by our good friend Paige Winn) so when she reached out for extended family portraits at a very special family property in Sumter, South Carolina, I was immediately on board and so excited. These portraits were primarily a gift for her parents-in-law and her husband for his first father’s day so that they could all have portraits with their most precious little P. I loved the sentiment of photographing at such a special place to this family, and hope that these moments serve as a beautiful reminder of this sweet season of baby/grandbaby life.
