2022 is off to an amazing start thanks to Katie and Carl. When they booked me back in 2019 (!!), none of us had any idea how life was going to change in just a matter of months. As you could guess, 2020 arrived and so did Katie & Carl’s first wedding postponement. Later into the year, their second postponement. They weren’t going to let Covid keep them from getting married, so they officially tied the knot in the fall of 2020 and held out for their long awaited vow renewal and celebratory party! I’m so glad they traveled from the West Coast back to their East Coast roots and that I could be a part of it. Their ceremony took place in the same church Katie’s parents were married in, and they hosted their guests at the fun and funky City Art in downtown Columbia for the rest of the evening. I could probably shoot in an art gallery more often…the creativity was flowing and I’m so excited to share some of my favorite below!
