Saturday was literally the most perfect December day for Michelle and Will’s Charleston wedding at the The Creek Club at I’on. I was so glad they opted to do a first look and capitalize on the beautiful light we had since the sun sets so early this time of year, and I know it was one of their favorite decisions. Michelle stunned in her lace gown and Will’s reaction to seeing his bride for the first time was so genuine. Really there was just so much genuine happiness, especially from Michelle. You can see the excitement all over her face…it’s the cutest thing 🙂
I loved how cozy Michelle and Will made sure their guests stayed, with a fire pit, heaters, and shawls. Another fun detail that made my Maryland native heart happy was Will’s Redskins grooms cake. And the funniest and coolest coincidence is that last picture…we actually somehow caught up to Michelle and Will on the Cooper River Bridge on our way home and had to snap a photo of them in their getaway car as we passed by. That image is one of my favorites from the whole day…I just can’t get over how old and classic it looks and all that movement. Love! Enjoy some of my favorites!
